My research boxes
After purchasing a research box, you will find access to your teaching materials here under "my research boxes"
digital
All experiments and tasks are available in digital form in this research box.
original
With the original research box, the experiments are borrowed and carried out at school. The school has to cover the shipping costs and the costs for consumables.
Barriers for wildlife
Grade level:
Length:
digital
9-11
2-3 Tage
The aim of this research box is to learn about the effects of different barriers on wildlife. In a creative solution-finding process, the students develop ideas to reduce anthropogenic barriers in different habitats.
In addition, there is the possibility of preparing the knowledge from the research box for a younger age group and thus learning science communication.
invasive species
Grade level:
Length:
digital
9-11
4 - 6 hrs.
The aim of this research box is to contribute to the prevention and early detection of invasive species. In a creative idea-finding process, the students develop a way to do public relations work and then implement it. To do this, all students in a class will first learn about the topic and then specialize in a particular animal species. The final task is to bring what they have learned to the public.
Fighting parasites
Grade level:
Length:
original
8-10
5,5 - 8 std.
A parasite is an important part of the ecosystem, but it can also cause some diseases in animals and humans. Do parasites in fish pose a threat to fishing and should we therefore actively combat them - or will this cause even more damage?
Birds in the garden
Grade level:
Length:
5-7
4.5 - 7 hrs.
The aim of this research box is to learn about conflicts when humans and birds live together in a garden, in order to answer the key question of what needs a bird has and to what extent these can be met by a human garden. The students gain a basis for how humans and birds can live together harmoniously.

Mammals in the city
Grade level:
Length:
digital
8-10
4 - 6 hrs.
The aim of this research box is to learn about conflicts when humans and wild animals live together in a city in order to answer the key question of how we want to deal with our wild animals. In a creative idea-finding process, the students develop a city in which humans and wild animals can live together harmoniously.
